Housed at the Yerkes Observatory near Lake Geneva, Wis, it opened with fanfare in 1897 but sadly closed in 2018 (flippin’ bureaucrats). So raise a glass to the sky for those who pushed the boundaries of the cosmos with Stella Nova, a tropical and juicy IPA that will push your taste buds as you marvel at what beer is and could be.
