Farmhouse Ale

This is a mixed culture wood aged beer fermented with a blend of Belgian yeast and bacteria. The base beer was fermented to completion as it was. Then, this beer was refermented on American Oak and a massive amount of Montmorency cherry puree. Tart cherry notes are complimented by vanilla and oak tannin and a slight Brett funk. Pleasant and easy drinking. Pairs well with Koldbordt or a Charceauterie tray.

ABV: 10%
